Well, the answer to this question is very subjective but as a matter of fact, here at Arclight Cargo we determined for ourselves the definition of a great dispatcher.

Care is the number one quality of a logistics coordinator. Care for the driver, owner operator and carrier, broker and shipper. A great dispatcher acts exactly as the concrete in a stone building. He is that element that is responsible for bonding all the other materials in one.
It is a dispatchers duty to build those long lasting relationships with every single institution in the supply chain and do the best he can, everyday, so those wheels keep spinning and this great country growing. This is why we are here!
